A software company, focused on changing the way data flows through the energy industry, came to us with a concept in mind to streamline data communication between field personnel and the back offices of upstream and midstream companies.

In the energy industry, the request for services turns out to be a time-consuming process that requires verbal or written communication between the customer and the vendors. The main challenge lay in the client's lack of a partner who knew how to complement them to launch a set of digital products to their potential customers.

The Solution
LINKK was created to enhance vendor-customer communication in the mining sector by automating material delivery and transportation processes, simplifying order creation and oversight for vendors. However, interactions between firms and suppliers remain limited to email communication, creating an opportunity to implement a consolidated platform for managing vendor orders. The VENDOR PORTAL offers vendors essential tools to efficiently handle incoming orders, dispatchments, and generate corresponding reports. These two interconnected modules work together to provide a comprehensive solution that benefits both parties involved.
